On 14 December 2024, we had the honour of celebrating a year of culinary excellence in Ghana with a special Chaîne des Rôtisseurs dinner. This Grand Finale of all the events hosted by the Chaîne last year was the prime opportunity for us to reflect on a year of exploring gastronomic experiences and luxury hospitality.
As custodians of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, Fiesta Residences was privileged enough to welcome the culinary establishment into Ghana with its launch event, the occasion that introduced the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs into our country and spurred on its appreciation of Ghanaian cuisine. In a full-circle occurrence, we concluded the year by hosting the Grand Finale, enjoying an evening of reflection, looking forward, and brilliant food with legendary culinary minds.
This gathering of hospitality leaders, food fanatics, and gastronomic professionals represented the desires of Fiesta Residences and the wider hospitality industry to uplift and recognise the extensive talents of the chefs in Ghana. Having spent 2024 establishing the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs in the Ghanaian culinary scene, the Grand Finale dinner was the platform to celebrate achievements and set the benchmark for the events to come in 2025. At Fiesta Residences, we are eagerly anticipating another year excellence and cultural exploration.
